No, with one caveat. OnTrial is primarily intelligence service provider, not a testifying expert witness. While we will comply with valid subpoenas, our team will not appear in court on a client's behalf, unless specifically requested for engagements involving Cryptocurrency Tracing or Surveillance.

While accurate, financial intelligence cannot be used as “evidence” as it is intelligence-only and not evidence obtained by a direct warrant or subpoena. Clients will need to use any financial or insurance intelligence we provide to properly subpoena other parties (banks, financial institutions, crypto exchanges, etc.) as necessary to obtain information to be used as evidence.
